4. Acceptable Use

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by InsureFlow AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Services. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

7. Data Processing

By connecting your email accounts to our Services, you authorize us to:

• Access and process emails for classification purposes
• Extract information from emails and attachments
• Store email metadata and classification results
• Use anonymized data to improve our AI models

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Address emergency issues without prior notice
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) for enterprise customers provides specific uptime guarantees.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSUREFLOW AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• You may request export of your data within 30 days
• We will delete your data in accordance with our retention policy

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
